Drew Holdings Ltd ("Drew") has on 13 April 2022 sold a total of 25,000 shares at
a price of NOK 118.50 per share. After the sale, Drew will hold a total of
2,203,872 shares representing 9.92 % of share capital and voting rights in the
Company, thereby crossing below the 10% threshold.
